Become an Agent

Recognizing the value a quality agent brings to our members, MOPERM may contract with independent insurance agents to offer MOPERM liability and property coverage.

To become a contracted agent, the following must be submitted and approved by MOPERM:

• Complete MOPERM Agency Agreement signed by the agency principal

• Agency W-9

• Current State of Missouri Agency License

• Any applicable producer licenses

After the above information has been provided and approved by MOPERM, a new agency orientation must be completed within 30 days. This orientation is usually conducted virtually or at our home office in Jefferson City, but other arrangements may be made depending on the circumstances.
