Since 1987 MOPERM has been a competitive alternative for local governmental agencies seeking to manage rising coverage costs against growing exposures and tight budgets. MOPERM is a shared risk pool, a popular risk management program that offers the broadest property and liability coverages possible while keeping rates stable and affordable.Currently serving approximately 900 Missouri cities,counties, schools, nursing homes, health departments and other special purpose or taxing districts, the MOPERM staff offers a thorough understanding of the unique coverage challenges and concerns facing public entities.
